Do you guarantee results?

Yes.  We are very selective with the clients we engage.  If we take you on as a client, we will mutually develop a plan to produce results.  If you follow our game plan,  we will all succeed.  If you don't follow our plan, we will resign from the account.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the scope of the project, the availability of information, the cooperation of your management and staff and the resources available within your organization.  Typically, our clients see results within 3-6 months.   

Will you fire people?

It is our goal to analyze your management and staff, and work on capitalizing on their strengths and improving their weaknesses.  Sometimes the issues that prevent you from meeting your goals are poor staff performance or labor costs.  We need to review those issues and determine what course of action needs to be taken - improving productivity or terminating staff.

How much does this cost?

Costs are relative to the scope of the project.  We will give you a fixed fee price to accomplish RESULTS.  We are not day laborers working on a per diem basis, and we are not interested in dragging on projects any longer than is necessary.
